An incredible value for the quality, the smaller stature of these mussels means they actually become more quickly saturated with the sauce than their larger counterparts and thus take on an extra-intensified flavor.

Like all Espinaler products, these ones are perfect served atop warm toast, but we’d also recommend folding them into squid ink vermicelli with minced shallots, garlic, and butter, for your new, go-to, weeknight pasta.
