Created nearly 30 years ago by François Pralus, the "Djakarta" tablet changes its name. Same recipe, same yellow color for the packaging, it will now be called "Javanaise"
This is one of the few blends in the range of tablets and one of the first recipes by François Pralus, who created a clever mix of beans from Ghana and Indonesia. In this Mix, the aromatic properties of Forastero beans break the acidity of Criollo. The result is a round chocolate, long on the palate with good aromatic notes. All in freshness and subtlety, it develops notably woody aromas and wild mushrooms.
