This bar uses cacao from the OKO Caribe cooperative in the Dominican Republic, where it is privy to plenty of rainfall, a unique drying process and six day fermentation after harvest. In addition to the gorgeous brighty, fruity notes of the cacao, some coconut milk has been added to deliver a smooth, milky bar that is still a completely vegan product.
