Our focus won’t be one particular category of distillate, but an integral part of the process for many of our favorite spirits AND wines. Barrel aging can affect appearance, texture in the mouth and perceived smoothness, and, of course, taste. We’ll sample our way through a variety different spirits from around the world and pair them with items from our award winning cheese cave and market shelves.
