We’ll explore the science and art of distilling through the lens of the long lost spirits of the past that Waterpocket is reviving. Waterpocket’s portfolio is unique, intriguing, and the perfect complement to many of the fine cheeses, salumi, and craft chocolate for which Caputo’s is known. This is truly a match made in food pairing heaven. From pot still to glass, we’ll get to the nitty gritty of it all.
