El Majuelo has been making sherry wine vinegar in Jerez, Spain since 1864. This particular vinegar is produced from the sweet Pedro Ximenez grape variety. The grapes are left in the sun to dry then aged in oak barrels following the traditional system of “Soleras y Criaderas”. It is extraordinarily aromatic and smooth, enhancing the taste of most any dish, including salads and desserts, but is at its best with game, duck, and red meats.
