At La Barba, good coffee is a coffee that is both memorable on the pallet and thoughtful of the farmers, laborers, exporters/importers, delivery drivers, La Barba employees, and customers. If any link in that chain is exploited, then the coffee is not good.
Swiss Water Process coffee. If you have to drink decaf, this one will do nicely.
