Red Truckle is modeled after well-known English Red Leicester. After more than 500 years of cheese making, Quicke’s clothbound cheeses are representative of time-old traditions, and the lush grasses of Devon. It is infused with annatto, a natural coloring, which lends its vibrant red-orange hue, then is aged for 6 months.
