Mono varietal, Moraiolo olive oil with an herbal and slightly earthy aroma. Fluid and light on the palate. Fruity, green apple flavor with a slight bitterness. Full peppery finish.

Best used on fish, or drizzled on burrata cheese with artichokes and arugula.
