Kokoa Kamili is a fermentary located in Tanzania's Kilombero Valley and Its founders have a history in international development in southern and eastern Africa. Kokoa Kamili buys 'wet' cacao from farmers at a premium and then continues with post-harvest processes. By doing so, they reduce the farmers workload with a higher compensation for their cacao in an area historically known for some of the lowest prices of cacao in the country.

TASTING: honeysuckle, wine acidity, lemon, tart cherries
PAIRING: fresh cheeses, e.g. burrata or chevre, fortified wines, e.g. sherry or vermouth, dessert wines e.g. madeira or port
CACAO ORIGIN: Tanzania, Mbingu Village, Morogoro Region, Tanzania
MADE IN UNITED STATES

INGREDIENTS: Cacao Bean, Organic Cane Sugar, Cocoa Butter.
