We’ll take you on a journey from the toe of the boot and head North, stopping along the way for various cheeses, salumi, and chocolate. No region is the same, just like no cheese is the same. In a country rich with tradition, we’ll explore what makes each region unique and what makes it a valuable addition to the country as a whole. Don’t forget the wine, of course. We’ll show you some of our favorite Italian wines that were meant to pair perfectly with foods from each stop along the way.
