Description
Thanks to its freshness, it is ideal on traditional Umbrian dishes such as bruschetta and panzanella salad, or on tomato salad with oregano. It can be used to enhance chickpea cream with crayfish and kidney bean soup. It pairs very well with red tuna carpaccio, grilled “Chianina” meat, and it enhances focaccia bread with rosemary.
