A rich and vibrant drinking chocolate made in Suffolk from beans sourced from Desmond Jadusingh’s beautiful Bachelor’s Hall Estate in Jamaica – a farm dedicated to continuously improving the quality of their cacao.
Pump Street makes 75% dark chocolate from the beans and then shave it into the perfect flakes for melting into warm milk. This yields a drinking chocolate with a deep flavour and silky texture and tasting notes of toasted grain, dried fruit and rum.
