Intro to Natural Wine

Natural wine, you say? Maybe you’ve heard the “natural” buzz around your pals and family, maybe you thought all wine was natural, maybe you thought all wines were made only with grapes! Boy, do we have a lot to discuss and discover. This evening, we’ll explore the many facets of what makes wine natural and what doesn’t. Not all wines were created equal. Furthermore, not all wines were farmed equally either. This exploratory class will review the common terminology, offer a wide array of tastes and producer stories, and help distinguish what makes them truly natural. Prepare for an evening of intoxicating sips and nibbles to boot. Our cheese cases, caves, and shelves are exploding with delicious pairing potential that we can’t wait to share with you.
