SHARE A TABLE, MAKE NEW FRIENDS: Tables will be shared by various parties to make room for as many guests as possible. We hope this fosters community and camaraderie in the company of new friends with shared food interests! If you’d like to share with guests on a separate reservation, please include this in your order comments.
ABOUT THE CLASS
When the stars align, there’s better wine!
Taste the difference between conventional farming and elevated farming. Like any other agricultural product, the inputs of labor, care, and a healthy ecosystem ultimately affect the final product – that bottle of wine on your table carries the weight of its farm. By that logic, the input of chemicals, pesticides, and other inorganic material have just as much impact. We’ll explore the lack of those and uncover what we’ve been after the whole time, fermented grapes. 20 of the top 25 wine brands sold today have measurable levels of arsenic, Round Up, and pharmaceutical runoff making it more important than ever to be aware of who’s taking the extra effort to farm gently and carefully so the only thing you’ll experience, finally, is wine.
Class begins at 7:30pm MOUNTAIN TIME
CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations require 24 hours notice. Food and drinks are purchased and prepared in advance and cannot be re-purposed.
