Description
This is not an infused or flavored oil. The true lemon essence is acquired by milling lemons and olives together on a traditional stone mill. It has the flavor base of a classic Tuscan oil both grassy and peppery, with a bright fresh lemon flavor which is perfect for salads, grilled vegetables or fresh sea scallops with just a sprinkling of fleur de sel.
