Artisan Cider Vinegar starts life as 100% whole Cornish apples. The pure juice is squeezed and fermented into a strong dry cider, which then goes through a slow, natural process transforming into Artisan Cider Vinegar. It is then oak-matured until smooth and woody.
Made from 100% whole Cornish apples – and nothing else except lots and lots of time.
