Artisan Strawberry Vinegar starts life as 100% fresh strawberries. They are pressed into pure juice and fermented into a delicious strawberry wine, which then goes through a slow, natural process transforming into Artisan Strawberry Vinegar. It is then sweetened with freshly pressed strawberry juice, and barrel-matured until smooth and piquant.
Made from whole-fruit strawberry wine – and nothing else except lots and lots of time.
