The Bariani family is originally from Lobardy, Italy. The family’s rich history makes its way to your table in each bottle of olive oil. California olives high in chlorophyll are handpicked in October and cold pressed in the traditional manner. The result is a brightly colored, brightly flavored oil reminiscent of artichokes and grass.
