Marrying umami-rich bull kelp and the malty goodness of Alaska Amber beer, it gets its sugar from pureed tamarind, agave, and molasses, all of which combine to create a sweet, savory, and sticky sauce that we love using on BBQ prawns and jackfruit “carnitas”.
