Description
Salty, briny, crunchy and strong, Barnacle’s Kelp Pinch Flakes are a flavorful way to season or finish dishes and or use as a substitute for salt.
Made from dried kelp harvested from cold waters of the Alaskan coast, the flakes retain the natural, mineral rich salt left behind from evaporated sea water which gives them their characteristic oceanic flavor. We love stirring the medium variety into a bowl of freshly steamed white rice or topping a yolky egg on rye toast.
