The Royal Criollo Xoconusco cacao was once only consumed by kings and was decreed ‘royal’ by Spanish royalty. Cacao Sampaka has implemented a revolutionary light roasting technique for this extroadinary cacao in order to preserve the flavors formed during fermentation.
