Description
Meaty, sweet, briny, and downright giant, these extra large clams are a rare treat and noticeably plumper than their smaller siblings.
Harvested from the rÃas of Spain’s Galician coast, these clams are selected for size, which is a direct result of age, and the time it takes these bivalves to grow to this mass is a direct reason for their price. They are definitely worth the wait, which is why we like eating them like the conservas Gods intended: straight from the tin on a toothpick with nothing more than a douse of lemon or red wine vinegar.
