Dr. Paolo Pescia, a second generation beekeeper from the small Tuscan town of Rosignano Marittimo blends this rich, golden ambrosia entirely by hand, including the scraping of the pure honey from the combs. His bees forrage around the Tuscan landscape, foraging in pristine rural landscapes in the Chianti region, to the protected San Rossore-Migliarino National Park.
