Description
Moist and rich in salmon flavor, this fjord-grown fillet comes nestled in a buttery pool of rich rapeseed oil with a satisfying hint of char.
The clear and still waters of Faroe Islands protected fjords make its salmon farms amongst the cleanest and healthiest in the world. The result is a fatty, rich fish that bursts with flavor and is every bit as delicious as it looks. We love it on a tin board with scallions and softened neufchatel or on a sandwich with pickled red onion and stone-ground mustard.
