Description
The chocolate has intense spicy cocoa notes and long lasting flavors. In 2012, cacao was declared a “National natural heritage.” Peru is not a major cocoa producing country, but six out of the eight known cacao varieties are found in this South American nation. These beans come from the highlands, and are distinguished for their quality.
