When done right, chocolate and whisky is a winning combination. Nicaraguan single variety heirloom Johe 70 % dark chocolate and inside we went for the smoky and rich Stauning KAOS Triple Malt whisky at cask strength, to match the intense flavours of the dark chocolate. A match made in Denmark.
