New species we haven’t seen in a tin before! Was a transcendent experience having this as a lunch course at Restaurant Gueyu Mar prepared directly from the tin by brasa grill master himself, Abel Alvarez. Abel whisked up the oil from the tin into a frothy sauce and accompanied the esparedeñas (sea cucumber) with the most perfect fried egg with crispy edges. DO try this at home!
