Beans from Hawai’i Island bursting with decadent strawberry, macadamia nut, and vanilla flavor notes showcase a unique side of the big island’s wild terroir.
Hot and dry climate, as is found on the harsh lava fields of Kealakekua, is not where you’d expect to find healthy growing cacao. With intentional irrigation and care for the Earth, the farmers at Hard Rock Gardens have found the trick to make it thrive. All cacao for this bar is farmed, fermented and dried by this estate.
