Passion fruit first arrived in Hawaii from Australia in 1880 and was planted in the East Maui district of Liliko’i. The name stuck and this bar is an homage to the widely celebrated and unique fruit. Traditionally used to make sauce, candy, ice cream, tea, cocktails, shaved ice, and so much more, Manoa couldn’t resist pairing it as an inclusion in this special bar.
