As the coronavirus affects our daily lives across the country (and world), Megan Giller, chocolate expert and author of Bean to Bar Chocolate: America's Craft Chocolate Revolution, wants to do something special to support our beloved chocolate makers and reinforce our strong craft chocolate community. That's why she's partnering with some of her favorite small companies to lead online chocolate tastings. The next one is on September 3, and will feature Qantu Chocolate's:
  • Chuncho 70%
  • Morropon 70%
  • Chaska 70%
When you buy the tasting, Caputo's will send you these bars to try with Megan on Thursday, September 3 at 4 PM ET on Zoom. She will lead the conversation, and Qantu founders Elfi and Maxime will be there to discuss all the fun stories behind each bar. Attendees will get to weigh in on what you like (and don't like), and ask questions. The entire tasting will be about an hour and a half and will be completely interactive.

If you can't attend but would still like the bars, you're welcome to order, and Megan will send you tasting notes for each. Please include in the Notes of your order whether you will attend the class or simply need tasting notes.

The day of the class, Megan will be online early to answer any questions and troubleshoot tech issues.
