Queen of preserves, tomato puree has always been an irreplaceable element of Mediterranean cuisine. Made only with fresh tomatoes from our production, blanched in boiling water and passed through a sieve, so as to obtain a full-bodied and aromatic mixture, it is put into jars as is or used for the production of tasty ready-made sauces. Spaccatelle and hand-peeled tomatoes, typically Lucanian specialties, complete our range.
