Inspired by puttanesca, a classic tomato sauce from Naples, our Sardines in Tomato Sauce are packed in a savory red sauce with capers, onions, olives and garlic. Fantastic with pasta, or as a bruschetta on grilled bread. Sardines are small, schooling fish, allowing us to enjoy seafood with the health and environmental benefits of eating lower on the food chain.
