Boneless, skinless, and bursting with clean, umami flavor, these Silver Line mackerel fillets are a delicious addition to your next cheese board or cooking at home.
After harvest, the best fish are selected and cleaned portside before the fillets are grilled and then nestled by hand into the tin with premium olive oil, lemon, and a dash of salt. They’re exceptional as is, served on warm bread with pickles, but we also like them lightly flaked as a hearty, fish-forward addition to warm-weather pasta salads.
