Regalis` black truffle oil is made with California’s finest estate-grown extra virgin olive oil, infused with deeply earthy winter black truffles from Valencia, Spain. Aromatic and rich, this oil is perfect for poultry, braised meats, and to embolden heavy-bodied sauces.
Compared to Périgord black truffles, widely found in France and Italy, they find that these Spanish truffles give more pungency and earthiness to the oil.
