Description
An earthy dark chocolate tasting of yeasted bread and fudge, this cacao flourishes in the wet climate, grown amongst the entirety of cacao in Uganda.
This Organic Forastero cacao is grown in the Bundibugyo region of Uganda on the western side of the country, bordering the congo. The fine cacao from this region is part of the flourishing growth of cacao farming in Uganda.
TASTING: fudge, earthy, yeasted bread, saltines, blackberries, ripe figs
PAIRING: gin, mezcal, IPAs, sour gose beer, bloomy rind cheeses, e.g. brie
