Description
The cacao used comes from a network of around 1,500 smallholder farmers. The chocolate is has a toasty and malty character with caramel notes.
Fermentation: Wooden boxes 5-6 days
Drying: Solar tunnels 10 days
TASTING: toast, malt, caramel
