Bright, green, and full of character, Verde is their most herbaceous olive oil, pressed from wild-grown olives in the mountains of Trás-os-Montes. With fresh-cut grass, floral lift, and just enough savory depth, it adds energy and complexity to everything it touches.
This year’s edition comes from Joaquim Moreira, whose old grove thrives in Portugal’s rugged northeast. Farming organically and harvesting by hand, Joaquim follows a philosophy of minimal interference, letting the trees, the soil, and the altitude speak for themselves. The result is a beautifully balanced oil with green apple, wild herbs, and a lingering, expressive finish. Verde is also our highest-polyphenol oil this year, offering both bold flavor and antioxidant richness in every drop.
