As bold in color as in flavor, this sharp, fruity, endlessly complex bitter is ready to breathe new life into cocktails, seltzers, or baking escapades.
Whole pink lemons grown on the southern slopes of the Sierras are blended with bright Oaxacan hibiscus before being macerated under 80% Mexican cane rum and 20% organic rye spirit. After two years, this piece of art is aged six months in Whiskey Del Bac oak casks and finished with sea salt.
