Made in the same manner as Traditional Balsamic Vinegars of Reggio Emilia from 100% Italian cooked grape must as its sole ingredient, Cavalli Balsamino is gradually aged in wooden barrels where a constant and slow acidification and more aging takes place. The dense, aromatic, plummy sweetness is consistently rated as the best alternative to precious traditional balsamic. This Cavalli condiment can be added to cooked dishes just before serving, used on salads, on cooked vegetables, on eggs, with cheese, in sauces and for finishing roasts.
