Description
Originally named to deter others from discovering this wonderful type of oolong tea, bursting with flavors of longan, malt, and flowers.
Ya Shi Xiang (literally translated to Duck Shit) is a Dancong tea cultivated in the Phoenix Mountain of Guangdong Province. The story goes that the farmer, in an attempt to hide the secret to his delicious tea, gave it the unpleasant name and it stuck. Longan is a type of berry that is native to tropical Asia, and shares similarities with lychee, but is less aromatic. The tea’s flavors of longan, malt, and flowers are enhanced by the Malaysia origin wine-barrel fermented cacao used in this special bar.
