Using cacao from the Mililani Estate in central Oahu - situated close to other farms used by Manoa, but with flavors unlike anything else in their lineup - this bar is a statement on hyper-regional terroir. The cacao trees on this estate were planted in 2016, surrounded by diverse crops of breadfruit, banana, avocado, and taro. On their first harvest in 2019, Manoa knew they had something unique and beautiful to offer from these trees.
