Description
The cacao used in this bar is produced by approx. 2500 farmers in the lush forests of west Uganda. The chocolate has a fruity flavor profile with notes of orange, peach and banana.

Fermentation: Central box fermentation 6-7 days
Drying: Sun dried on raised mesh beds 6-7 days
