Based in Southeast Alaska, Barnacle harvests fast-growing bull kelp and other native ingredients, all rich in flavor and texture and highly nutritious, that collectively represent the next generation of food.

Growing kelp helps mitigate dead zones in the oceans and can actually prevent harmful algal blooms. Kelp forests are home to a host of biodiversity and reduce toxic acidification. This fast-growing crop can be used in a multitude of ways and is extremely delicious.
